Gregory Michaud headshot“The best way for us to hire smart, talented people with a high real estate IQ is through Robinson’s M.S. in Commercial Real Estate program. The learning curve for Robinson graduates is significantly less steep; they ‘ramp up’ a lot faster than people without the degree. Over the last 15 years, real estate as an investment class has been increasingly recognized as an avenue to increase a firm’s alpha creation. At Voya, we need formally educated real estate professionals—they are critical in delivering results to our clients.”

-Gregory Michaud, managing director, head of real estate finance, Voya Investment Management
